Successfully implemented the electronic acceptance of LTI award agreements, eliminating the need to print documents which had previously been sent around the world for signatures. To encourage ownership in the Company, a Global Equity Award was then granted to more than 7,000 employees in 31 countries, using Fidelity’s platform, with a portion of the award vesting a month after being granted.
