Senior Stock Plan Administrator

NYC Metro Area, Remote

CompIntelligence is currently looking for a Sr. Stock Plan Administrator for a a contract position. Ideal candidates will be able to autonomously manage the day-to-day equity administration process and be knowledgeable in the BAML system. Familiarity with proxy and form filing is preferred. 

Our primary focus is finding resources interested in contract and interim assignments to grow our network of qualified stock plan professionals (including independent contractors). Most assignments are onsite at client location, while some may be performed remotely. Being in our network also allows us to discuss opportunities with our clients for temp to perm and/or permanent placement if you are also interested in that career path.

We speak and work with hundreds of clients each year to assist with their equity plan staffing needs. Any experience in stock plan administration is a value to our clients and our network. Equity Compensation experience is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Stock plan administration and/or management activities
  • Experience with BAML
  • Customer service to employee inquiries on a wide variety of issues related to equity compensation
  • Work with industry software and vendors to effectively manage our clients' plans
  • Vendor experience is a plus
  • Stock plan financial reporting activities/support
  • Stock plan reconciliation activities/support
  • SEC, audit and external reporting activities/support
  • Participant education and training activities/support
  • New plan roll outs and communications
  • Management of projects activities/support
  • Follow, enhance and/or create policies and procedures of our clients
  • Accounting knowledge is a nice to have, but not necessary
  • Assist in various other stock plan projects and initiatives as needed
  • Understand the CompIntelligence products and services to support our clients and ongoing needs

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 1 to 15+ years stock plan administration experience
  • CPA or CEP candidates, nice to have
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Proficiency and experience with industry software, nice to have
  • Client first mentality

  • Problem solver
